10:00   Introductions:
·       Greetings and Introductions
·       Approval of Agenda: CS, LD, approved.
·       Approval of Board Minutes from October 6th, 2018: CS, LD, approved.       

10:10   Announcements:         
·       General Membership Meeting, November 8th, Thursday, at East Phillips Park, 6:30 to 8:45 pm.
o   This will be a Major Meeting with Cassandra Meyer and MPCA staff for Q&A and reports on air pollution, polluting industries  in East Phillips. We've been working on this meeting for quite some time so please try to come and bring your questions.
·       The East Phillips Indoor Urban Farm Comes before the Ways & Means Committee Wednesday Nov. 14th at 1:15 P.M. at City Hall 3rd Floor in City Council Chambers
·       Be sure to vote on or before November 6th.
·       Next EPIC Board Meeting, December 3rd at the EPIC office 10 AM Saturday morning
·       Karen Clark is retiring, there will be a big kick-off meal for her right here at EPPCCC on December 6 at 6:30 pm. Contact EPIC if you want to help with this event.
·       VOTE!!

10:30   NRP Staff will discuss Board Diversity Profile
Discussion of NCR neighborhood survey, NCR funding, EPIC 2017-2019 priorities and more.

11:30    MPCA Community Meeting with MPCA on air pollution, polluting industries and permitting in East Phillips
Preparation for our next EPIC meeting: questions?? What do we most want to know? What do we most want to do?
We want MPCA to take away their permit.

There is an investigative and reporting process that is underway. Bituminous wants to move, so let them know if we find a place (within 20 miles of current location, or anywhere in Hennepin County.) There is a listserve available and if you want to be involved, see instructions below. Meetings will be announced over this listserve. Any S. Mpls project will appear in this listserve.

11:45   Update on East Phillips Indoor Urban Farm: We must prevent them from tearing down the Roof Depot   Building. The Urban Farm needs to reuse the southern portion & Must have at least 2-Acres – Preferably 3-Acres.
