expire on 3/31/2021 in the event that Little Earth is not able to secure the

DISCUSSION:
where is this funding coming from?
· Move some of the funds from other
phases or use funds from crime and safety and youth programming ($33,000 from
neighborhood priority crime and safety)
· Do we want to fund any other youth
programming?
